Pray for Us: Leading in the 3rd Culture
in today’s world can be challenging. At Rise Church, we’ve learned through decades of ministry that effective leaders don’t just navigate two extremes—they build a 3rd Culture.
In the book of Daniel, we see two types of people in exile: one group withdrew from the world, waiting for things to go back to the way they were; the other compromised, adopting the ways of Babylon. But Daniel and his friends modeled something different. They engaged with the culture around them, influencing it without compromising God’s standards.
This is the heart of 3rd Culture Leadership—a leadership that engages the world around us with influence, creativity, and integrity, while staying rooted in God’s Word. And leadership like this requires prayer.
